Vielfalt hat unterschiedliche Ebenen und ist wichtig für die Arbeit in Teams. Um diese zu verstehen brauchen wir Kompetenzen wie kritisches Denken, Empathie, uvm. Wie wir bewusst das Potential von Vielfalt ausschöpfen und Diskriminierung entgegen wirken können, dazu lernen wir in diesem Workshop gemeinsam mit und von unserer Expertin Sumera Syed. Nehmt also an einem weiteren inspirierenden Workshop teil und nutzt die Inhalte für eure Arbeit!
Egal, ob ihr schon Vorerfahrungen habt oder einfach nur neugierig seid, dieser Workshop ist für euch gedacht und bietet Raum eure Perspektiven einzubringen.

In ihrer Forschung und Arbeitspraxis untersucht sie, welche Bedeutung Diversität und Inklusion für Organisationen, Individuen und die Gesellschaft haben. Vor allem die Wirkung von Empowerment für Diversity Management und Selbstwirksamkeit stellt sie in den Fokus ihrer Arbeit.

Diversity has different levels and is important for working in teams. To understand this, we need skills such as critical thinking, empathy and much more. In this workshop, we will learn together with and from our expert Sumera Syed how we can consciously utilise the potential of diversity and counteract discrimination.
